These Payment Terms apply to all purchases made on kittable.me. By completing a transaction, you agree to the following:
1. Accepted Payment Methods
- We currently accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards.
- Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment provider.
2. Strong Customer Authentication (3-D Secure / 3DS)
- To comply with PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2) and ensure Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), all card payments require 3-D Secure (3DS) verification.
- This may include additional steps, such as entering a one-time password (OTP), confirming via your banking app, or biometric authentication, depending on your bank.
3. Currency
- The default currency displayed on our Website is Euro (EUR €).
- Currency selection may be available during checkout.
- kittable.me reserves the right to change the default currency at any time without prior notice
4. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices are listed in Euros unless otherwise stated.
- Applicable taxes (such as VAT) may be added depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.
5. Completion of Payment
- Your order is confirmed only once your payment has been successfully processed and authorized.
- Digital products will be made available for download immediately after payment confirmation.
6. Security
- We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
- Transactions are encrypted and processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
7. Failed or Declined Payments
- If a payment is declined, the purchase will not be completed.
- You may retry with a valid payment method or contact your bank for assistance.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
- If you believe a transaction was unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at contact@kittable.me before initiating a chargeback.
- Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
