Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms apply to anyone who registers as a Vendor or lists products on kittable.me. They supplement the Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not list or sell on the Marketplace.

1. Vendor status

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter binding contracts.
• You are the seller of your listings toward Buyers. Kittable operates the platform.
• You must indicate accurately whether you act as a trader (professional seller) where the platform asks for that disclosure. Consumer rights may depend on that status.

2. Listings and content

• Listings must be accurate, lawful, and match the files/services delivered.
• You must own or hold sufficient rights to sell and licence the digital content.
• Prohibited: illegal content, malware, IP infringement, deceptive “bait” listings, scraped third-party work sold as yours.
• You grant Kittable a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and market your listings on the Website.

3. Fulfilment

• Digital goods must be available for download/access promptly after payment confirmation unless the listing clearly states a delivery timeframe for a service.
• You must respond to Buyer messages about orders in a reasonable time.

4. Fees, payouts and KYC

• Platform commissions/fees apply as shown in your Vendor dashboard or fee schedule.
• Payouts are made through the payout tools enabled on the Marketplace. You may need to complete identity / KYC checks required by the payout provider before withdrawing funds.
• Chargebacks or refunds may be deducted from your balance according to the Refund & Returns Policy and payment-provider rules.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for taxes applicable to your sales. Kittable may collect or report information where legally required.

6. Suspension

We may remove listings or suspend Vendor access for breaches of these Vendor Terms, the Terms & Conditions, or law.

7. Governing law

These Vendor Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
