Welcome to kittable.me (“Website,” “Marketplace,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our marketplace for digital kits designed for social media (“Services”).
By registering for an account, listing products, purchasing, or otherwise using our Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility & Registration
   1. To use kittable.me as either a Vendor or User/Buyer, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
   2. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
   3. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to register.
2. General Use of the Marketplace
   1. kittable.me provides a platform connecting Vendors and Users/Buyers. We are not a party to any contract between Vendors and Users/Buyers.
   2. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of Vendor content or products.
   3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
3. Terms for Vendors
   1. Account & Listing
      • Vendors must register and be approved before listing digital kits.
      • Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
      • Vendors are solely responsible for the content they upload (including images, descriptions, and files).
   2. Ownership & Licensing
      • Vendors must own or have the right to sell the digital kits they list.
      • By listing a product, Vendors grant kittable.me a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, market, and facilitate the sale of their products on the Marketplace.
   3. Payments & Fees
      • Sales transactions will be processed through our payment provider
      • kittable.me may charge service fees, commissions, or transaction fees (details provided at checkout or in Vendor Dashboard).
      • Vendors are responsible for taxes related to their earnings.
   4. Prohibited Content
      • Vendors may not list kits that infringe on intellectual property, contain offensive or harmful material, or violate applicable laws.
      • Violations may result in immediate removal of listings and suspension of Vendor accounts.
   5. Refunds & Disputes
      • Vendors must clearly state their refund policy in each listing.
      • Vendors agree to work in good faith to resolve disputes with Users/Buyers.
4. Terms for Users/Buyers
   1. Account & Purchases
      • Users must register to purchase products.
      • Purchases are for personal or business use in accordance with the license provided by the Vendor.
      • Reselling, sharing, or redistributing purchased digital kits outside the scope of the license is strictly prohibited.
   2. Payments & Refunds
      • Payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
      • Refunds are subject to each Vendor’s stated policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
   3. Prohibited Use
      1. Users may not:
         • Misuse purchased content (e.g., reselling without authorization).
         • Attempt to hack, copy, or illegally access content.
         • Engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct on the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
   1. All content on kittable.me, including trademarks, logos, and platform features, is the property of kittable.me or its licensors.
   2. Vendors retain ownership of their products but grant kittable.me the rights necessary to operate the Marketplace.
   3. Users must respect intellectual property rights and use products only as licensed.
6. Disclaimers
   1. kittable.me acts solely as an intermediary platform. We do not endorse, control, or guarantee the products listed.
   2. Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of Liability
   1. To the fullest extent permitted by law kittable.me shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
   1. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the Marketplace.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
   1. These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., United States/Delaware/England depending on incorporation]. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
10. Amendments
    1. We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
