At kittable.me, we provide digital kits for social media through our marketplace. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Goods – No Returns
- All products sold on kittable.me are digital downloads.
- Once a payment is completed and the product is made available for download, all sales are final.
- Because digital content cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds or exchanges after purchase.
2. Exceptions – When Refunds May Be Issued
Refunds may be considered in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the same digital kit more than once.
- Technical Issue on Our Side – If a confirmed system error prevented you from accessing the purchased product.
- Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions – If proven and verified by our payment provider.
In these cases, you may raise a dispute by contacting us at contact@kittable.me within 7 days of purchase, providing proof of the issue.
3. Dispute Resolution
- Refund disputes will be investigated by our team and/or the payment processor.
- We may request supporting evidence (such as payment receipts or screenshots).
- Decisions will be made in good faith, and our determination shall be final.

Vendors may not override this Marketplace-wide Return & Refund Policy. All purchases are governed by these terms
